The offer letter must state: institution name, course, start/end dates, fees, and whether the institution is QQI-accredited. INIS cross-checks with the QQI register.
Minimum threshold is EUR 3,000 per year of study (so EUR 6,000 for a 2-year program). Additionally, EUR 1,500 arrival/emergency fund. Some INIS officers expect significantly more. Bank statements from Nepal 'A' class bank.
INIS increasingly expects partial or full tuition payment upfront, especially for private colleges and English language schools. Keep TT/SWIFT receipts.
