Terms of service
Last updated: 11 April 2026. Short and plain.
Use of the site
Studination provides guides, tools, and counseling for Nepali students considering study abroad. Everything on the public site is free. You do not need an account to use any of it.
You are welcome to share our pages, quote reasonable excerpts with attribution, and link to us. Please do not scrape the full content of the site at rate that looks like an attack — if you want bulk access to our data for research or integration, email hello@studination.com.
Accuracy & liability
Our guides and tools are provided for general information only. University admission criteria, tuition fees, visa rules, NRB forex caps, and loan terms all change. Every fact-heavy page carries a Last verified date. Always confirm current details with the official source (university admissions page, MoEST for NOC, NRB for forex, the relevant embassy for visa) before making a decision that matters.
Studination is not responsible for admission decisions, visa outcomes, financial losses, or any consequences that arise from following guidance on this site. Final decisions always rest with the university, the issuing authority, and the immigration officer handling your case.
Counseling services
Our counseling calls are complimentary and provided in good faith. We are not a licensed immigration consultant or a registered education agent. If your situation requires formal immigration advice, engage a qualified professional.
We never charge a fee for the free counseling call. If we propose a paid service in the future (e.g., full application support), we will state the scope and price clearly before asking for any payment.
Third-party services & links
We link out to university pages, government portals, scholarship providers, and lenders like Nabil Bank, NIC Asia, Rastriya Banijya Bank, MPOWER Financing, and Prodigy Finance. We do not control those sites, and we do not take commissions from lenders. Always read the third party’s own terms before transacting with them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced via a banner on the homepage for at least 30 days.
